An index has been provided and a glossary in the form of review key terms at the end of every chapter is provided. Perhaps these terms can be brought to the back of the book under glossary is better so that the student doesn’t have to refer to every single chapter to look up one term.

Some of the cultural and social references appear to pertain to American culture, e.g. the introductory paragraph of chapter 2 talks about how territorial possession dominates the lifestyles of Americans whenever they watch the NFL from September to December, so perhaps content that reflects Canadian context may be more relevant for the Canadian learner.
